PCA has developed a comprehensive set of procedures for all game day activities in response to COVID-19. These new policies and procedures are designed to protect all families, fans, and players – home and visiting schools.

Baseball, Softball, and Soccer Fan Policy
All fans are required to adhere to the following guidelines when attending any home spring game.

  • Social distancing is required on campus and while attending games.
  • Masks are required while moving around but can be removed when seated in a family unit or at least six feet away from others.
  • Fans must sit as a family unit and be a minimum of six feet away from other family units.
  • Due to the limited amount of bleachers because of social distancing, fans are encouraged to bring chairs.
  • Fans are strictly prohibited from entering any building or being on the field before or after a game.
  • Children must remain with an adult at all times. Children are not allowed to play in common areas, including playgrounds, green space, under the stands, or in any area around the stadium.
  • PCA families with a Family Sports Pass/Panther Foundation Pass are admitted with the appropriate card, and everyone must enter the game together. To assist with limited capacity, up to three family members may attend the game in which a child is playing and leave at the conclusion of that game to allow enough room for other families/fans.
  • PCA’s faculty and staff members are admitted to the games as normal.

Basketball Fan Policy
All fans are required to adhere to the following guidelines when attending a home basketball game.

  • PCA’s COVID-19 capacity for basketball games is 20%.
  • PCA families with a Family Sports Pass/Panther Foundation Pass are admitted with the appropriate card, and everyone must enter the game together. To assist with limited capacity, up to three family members may attend the game in which a child is playing and leave at the conclusion of that game to allow enough room for other families/fans.
  • Student-athlete families will have first access to tickets via an email. The exclusive access is only available for 24 hours before its opened to the public until capacity has been reached.
  • PCA students are allowed 15 tickets per game. Students in grades 7-12 must pick up a physical ticket beginning at 9 a.m. on game day from Coach Osborne’s office. The tickets are given out on a first come, first serve basis. Students without a ticket will not be allowed into the gym.
  • Face coverings must be worn while moving around the gym.
  • Spectators must sit with family unit and be a minimum of six feet away from other family units.
  • Spectators must not sit in the bleacher rows marked with red tape.
  • PCA’s faculty and staff members are admitted to the games as normal.

Wrestling Fan Policy
All fans are required to adhere to the following guidelines when attending a home wrestling meet.

  • PCA’s COVID-19 capacity for wrestling meets s is 20%.
  • PCA families with a Family Sports Pass/Panther Foundation Pass are admitted with the appropriate card, and everyone must enter the game together. To assist with limited capacity, up to three family members may attend the meet in which a child is playing and leave at the conclusion of that meet to allow enough room for other families/fans.

Football Fan Policy
All fans on campus to watch a game are required to adhere to the following guidelines when attending a home football game.

  • Social distancing is required on campus and while attending games.
  • Masks are required on campus and while attending all games.
  • Fans must sit as a family unit and be a minimum of six feet away from other family units.
  • Students fans and band members may sit in a designated sections of the stands. Everyone must maintain social distancing recommendations and wear masks at all times.
  • Once the stands reach full capacity, family units must use the areas around Panther Stadium to sit while maintaining a six feet distance from other family units.  It is recommended that families bring chairs in the event that bleachers are at capacity.
  • Fans must practice social distancing and wear masks while moving throughout the stadium, including trips to the concession stand, restrooms, etc.
  • Fans are strictly prohibited from entering any building on campus, with the exception of the outdoor restrooms, during competitions.
  • No fans from any school are allowed on the field before or after the game.
  • Children must remain with an adult at all times. Children are not allowed to play in common areas, including playgrounds, green space, under the stands, or in any area around the stadium.

Volleyball Fan Policy
All fans on campus to watch a game are required to adhere to the following guidelines when attending a home volleyball game.

  • Social distancing is required on campus and while attending games.
  • Masks are required on campus and while attending all games.
  • No congregating is allowed in commons areas before or after any competition, including the lobbies, hallways, or outside the buildings.
  • Fans should pay for admission at the designated area while practicing social distancing. After paying, home fans will immediately enter the gym through the double doors on the right side, and visiting fans will enter the gym through the double doors on the left side.
  • Fans must sit as a family unit and be a minimum of six feet away from other family units. Fans, other than school administrators, are not allowed to stand or sit on the edges of the gym floor.
  • Students fans and band members may sit in a designated sections of the stands. Everyone must maintain social distancing recommendations and wear masks at all times. Students are not allowed to stand or sit on the edges of the gym floor.
  • Once the stands reaches maximum capacity, as determined by the on-duty administrator, additional fans will be denied admission to the gym.
  • Fans are not allowed to walk on the wooden portion of the gym floor at any time to allow the recommended social distancing for players, coaches, and officials.
  • Fans will not congregate in common areas on or around the bleachers or outside the lockers rooms once the game ends. As soon as the game ends, fans must depart the gym using the same door that they entered. Fans should practice recommended social distancing while leaving campus.
  • Children must remain with an adult at all times. Children are not allowed to play in common areas, including hallways, lunchroom, under the stands, or in any area outside of the gym.
