The PCA Academic Support Center provides academic coaching/tutoring, as well as testing accommodations to students outside of the regular classroom and during the school day in hopes of cutting down on the time students have to attend tutoring outside of school hours.

The sessions occur in an academic support classroom that provides a learning environment conducive to the needs of each student participating in the program. The classroom is also available for students who qualify to have a quiet working environment to complete tests without time constraints or have documented need for oral testing. The academic support is provided through the Academic Support director and certified academic coaches.

The Academic Support Center  works with teachers to provide documented accommodations and guidance the student needs on a daily basis to help them reach their full potential.   The Academic Support Director will communicate with teachers and coaches on a weekly basis, as well as keep parents updated on their student’s progress.
