Meet the Board of Directors

Jack Clark is a native of Montgomery, but he and his wife Ashley have called Prattville home since 1998. The Clark’s have three children: Ashley Barnett (Kevin), Tyler, and Billy. They joined the PCA family in 2012 after enrolling Tyler in K4. 

Jack retired from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency as a Director after 34 years in law enforcement. He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police and serves as a board member for the Alabama Law Enforcement Command and Staff College Educational Foundation as well as the Autauga County E911 Board of Commissioners.  

Jack attended Faulkner and Troy University and is currently enrolled in the Executive Fellowship Program at Alabama Law Enforcement Command and Staff College to earn a professional certificate in Organizational Leadership and Management.

The Clark family attends Centerpoint Fellowship Church where Jack serves in many roles. He is a member of the security and usher teams, Connect Group Leader, and a member of the Elder Board. Jack enjoys volunteering on campus.

Justin has served on the board since 2016.  Justin and his wife Jennifer have two children, a PCA graduate and one that currently attends PCA.  He owns True Pull Trailers and is involved with the Prattville Rotary Club and the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce. He and his family are members of Hunter Hills Church.

Don has served as Chairman of the PCA Board of Directors since the inception of the school in 1995. Don’s wife Marilyn was the Director of PCA for it’s first 7 years, and his 3 children are all graduates of PCA. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Compassion 21, as an elder at Hunter Hills Church in Prattville, and is an owner of Capital Tractor Inc. in Montgomery.

Randy has been a board member since 2005 and serves as the Chairman of the Facilities Committee. Randy and his wife Jendia have two children. Randy is employed at River Bank & Trust and a member of Hunter Hills Church. His civic involvement includes Prattville Rotary Club, Autauga County United Way, Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce, Prattville Character Coalition and Boy Scouts.

Trey joined the PCA Board of Directors in 2023 and serves on the Campaign Steering Committee. Trey and his wife Abbey have two children who attend PCA, and together as a family, are members of Hunter Hills Church, where Abbey serves as a Children’s Minister. Trey is an owner and the CEO of Imperial Mailbox Systems in Millbrook, enjoys playing sports, and has served at several local churches by helping lead worship.

Paloma Jones is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. Paloma and her husband Lenord have two children: Elijah and Hannah. The Jones’ family has been a part of PCA since enrolling in 2014.

Paloma is a Program Coordinator for Special Programming for Achievement Network (SPAN). SPAN, a state agency, is a program that works to prevent the incarceration of at-risk youth through counseling and education in hopes of preparing young people to become productive members of their communities. Mrs. Jones has worked with the state’s youth for more than 22 years. She is affiliated with the Alabama Education Association and the Children’s Policy Council. These professional memberships allow her to represent and advocate for the educational and mental health of the community’s at-risk youth.

Paloma attended the University of South Alabama and Troy University at Montgomery where she studied Psychology and Agency Counseling. The Jones’ family attends Centerpoint Fellowship Church.

Kris and his wife, Rachel, have 3 kids who currently attend PCA: Ryan, Ethan, and Kristen. The Kiefer family joined PCA in 2012 after enrolling Ryan in kindergarten. Kris is a Licensed Professional Engineer for the Alabama Department of Transportation, serving as a Region Traffic Engineer. He and his family attend Centerpoint Fellowship Church, where he serves in the children’s ministry.

Nancy joined the board in 2022, but her family has been a part of PCA since 2006. She is the mother of three PCA graduates and currently has one grandchild attending PCA. Nancy is the owner and managing attorney of Nancy Kirby Law Office, with offices in Prattville, Rockford, and Alexander City, Alabama. Nancy and her husband, Howard Eddings, are members of Coosada Baptist Church.

Kyle Shirley was born and raised in Prattville. He and his wife Stephanie have two children, Hadley Grace and Sawyer. The Shirleys joined the PCA family in 2015 after enrolling Hadley Grace in preschool. Prior to serving on the Board of Directors, Kyle served on the President’s Council since its inception.

Kyle is an attorney with McDowell, Faulk & Shirley, LLC in Prattville, Alabama. Kyle serves as County Attorney for the Autauga County Commission and Town Attorney for the Town of Autaugaville. Kyle serves the community in numerous volunteer roles, including as the Autauga County Bar Association President, Chairman of the Prattville YMCA Emerging Leaders Board, and Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Kyle graduated from the University of Alabama and the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his family and attending as many sporting events as possible. Kyle and his family attend Centerpoint Church where he serves as a member of the Guest Services and Usher teams.

Adam serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee for the Board of Directors. He has four PCA graduates.  His wife Kim served as a teacher at PCA for many years, as well as PCA’s Academic Director. Adam is a financial advisor and partner with Warren Averett, LLC. He and his family attend Redland Road Church of Christ and are very active in the River Region community.
