PCA’s campus is officially open again since the onset of COVID-19 in mid-March. Summer camp activities began earlier this week, and athletic conditioning begins on June 8 under AHSAA and ADPH guidelines for containing the spread of the virus. PCA’s leadership team is continuing to work to develop plans flexible enough to address the ever-evolving public health mandates. In preparation for the 2020-2021 school year, please review the following plans for athletic activities for students of all ages.

Youth Sports
All youth sports are facilitated through the local YMCA. PCA remains in close communication to keep up-to-date on any changes to upcoming seasons as it relates to COVID-19.

School Athletics
Panther sports are scheduled as normal at this time. PCA is working with AHSAA and will make adjustments as necessary when sports competitions begin in the fall.

Summer Workouts / Conditioning
PCA coaches are ready to begin conditioning for the upcoming seasons, but before any student-athlete is allowed to participate, these steps must be completed. In addition to necessary forms and physicals, student-athletes must adhere to these guidelines every time they are on campus. A schedule designed to keep student-athletes separated and safe is available here.

Please note! All summer actives are optional. Families who do not feel comfortable are encouraged to remain at home.
