Sara Payton Schmidt Signs to Play Collegiate Softball with Southern Union

Prattville Christian Academy proudly announces that Sara Payton Schmidt has officially signed a Letter of Intent to play collegiate softball at Southern Union State Community College.

Sara Payton, or “SP,” has continuously made her mark on PCA and PCA Athletics with her leadership, hard work, and talent. Coach Stough, PCA’s Head Softball Coach, describes her as “reliable” and “able to play anywhere she’s needed, whether infield or outfield.” We are so proud of SP and the Christian leadership she has displayed throughout her time as a Panther, not only in the classroom, with the Student Government Association leading as the Vice President, or on the softball field. We can’t wait to continue watching her play the game she loves!
