PCA Alums Named All Americans
Prattville Christian Academy alumni JC Emerson and Nicole Hoots were named National Christian School Athletic Association (NCSAA) All-Americans. These recognitions are the first in school history.
Both 2014 graduates were recognized for their basketball and softball skills, respectively. Emerson and Hoots were also selected as NCSAA Southeast Super-Regional Recipients along with Ashley Schultz and Taylor Bruce.
“What a great honor for these student athletes and PCA. This is the first time any of our athletes have been selected for such a prestigious award. This award is given to those who play hard, with a commitment to excellence that honors God. JC and Nicole both represent this so well,” said athletic director Tara Osborne.
PCA joined the National Christian School Athletic Association in 1997. The NCSAA is committed to the pursuit of Christ-centered excellence in athletics, as well as ministering with the love of Christ to youth, schools, and communities nationwide.
