PCA Athletics: Summer Workout Schedule

Weight workouts are mandatory for those in 9th – 12th grades. If you are a 7th or 8th-grader, please check with your coach.

Summer workouts will begin on Tuesday, June 6.

FOOTBALL & WRESTLING
6:45 – 8:00 a.m. | Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

OTHER BOYS SPORTS

8:00 – 9:00 a.m. | Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

ALL GIRLS SPORTS

10:15 – 11:15 a.m. | Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
