Laura Beth NeSmith Signs to Play Collegiate Softball with Belhaven University

We are excited to announce that Laura Beth NeSmith recently signed a Letter of Intent to continue her softball career at Belhaven University. Laura Beth, or “LB,” has helped lead PCA Softball with consistency, kindness, and amazing focus on and off the field. Coach Stough, PCA’s Head Softball Coach, speaks highly of LB, saying she remains very even-keeled throughout games. She remains the same whether she strikes out three batters in a row or isn’t hitting her spot. This mindset helps the rest of the team feed off her energy, knowing that they quickly move on if they make a mistake, focused with a “next play mentality” like LB.

We are excited to see what all LB will accomplish in Mississippi and how she will step into a leadership role on campus and with her team like she has done so well for PCA!
