Summer Workouts

Football, Basketball, and Wrestling Workouts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:  Lifting from 7-9 am

7th & 8th graders 7-9 am

Freshmen-Seniors 7-10:30 am

Wrestling: Open Mats 10:30-12:00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

Volleyball and Basketball Girls Workouts:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:  10:30-11:30 am

Volleyball Gym time:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday:  7 am-10:30

Basketball Gym Time:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday:

10:30-2:30 pm. Check with Coach Roberson on gym time for each team.

Softball Girls workouts: 

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 6:00-7:00 am

Girls in multiple sports can choose or with a job can choose either Volleyball and Basketball or Softball workout times.
