Congratulations to Aiden Williams, who has been named an Area Scholar-Athlete Bryant–Jordan Award recipient and will advance to the regional phase of this highly competitive program. This prestigious honor recognizes Aiden’s exceptional commitment to excellence in academics, athletics, and leadership, as well as her character and perseverance.

The Bryant–Jordan Award celebrates Alabama high school student-athletes who exemplify strong academic achievement, meaningful athletic participation, leadership, and resilience in the face of challenges. Sponsored by the Bryant–Jordan Scholarship Program, the award was established in honor of legendary coaches Paul “Bear” Bryant and Ralph “Shug” Jordan. It recognizes students who demonstrate integrity, discipline, and a deep commitment to excellence both on and off the court.

In addition to her accomplishments at PCA, Aiden represented both the school and the state of Alabama this past summer as a member of the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) Student Leadership Council at the ninth annual National Student Leadership Conference in Indianapolis. This national summit focuses on contemporary and relevant issues in education and athletics, providing students with opportunities to refine their leadership skills while gaining a greater understanding of the responsibility and influence they hold within their schools, communities, and state associations. Each day of the conference featured impactful keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and valuable networking opportunities with student leaders from across the country.

We are proud of Aiden’s achievements and leadership and look forward to seeing her continue to represent PCA with excellence as she advances to the regional level.
